Widest 33-35 Inch x 16 tires? 17's?

Okay, so whats the widest tire in the 33-35 inch height range available (street legal) to fit a 16 inch rim? Do I need to go to a 17" or larger rim to get a good width? I want something in the 15"+ width range but can't seem to find anything in 16" rim size. Tires can be Mud or All-terrain tread pattern (but not Boggers.) I'm not going to off road but I do want something I can drive and still not get stuck with in a mud puddle, if you know what I mean. I just want a good "look" for my truck.
I sold my 16.5"x12 wheels and 35x15.5 TSL/SX tires because I want to, preferably, go to a 16" wheel. Tires for 16.5" wheels are getting harder to find and, IMO, this will keep being the trend. What does the hive say? Opinions?
