67 Longbed GMC Patina 5.3 T56 Driver

I've been searching posts and stealing info off of here for a while now, and I'm just starting my build. Let me know what you think.

I got the c10 last fall off of craigslist after searching for the right one forever. The ads title was "gmc" the description didn't have a picture or even say the year... I got it for $500.00 it's got leafs and a bad dana 44 in the rear, 3 speed and an I6 250. The goal is to make it a driver, go fast and make noise.

I love the patina look if it's not too crazy and it fits my budget since I just built a shouse. My boss gave me a 5.3 out of his wife's yukon that the cam went bad in. I put an LS9 cam in it, New lifters, valve springs, had the valves and seats cut and a little bit of other stuff. The T56 I got for $1000.000 and came complete with everything from an 04 GTO including clutch, pedals, and hydraulics.

Right now I'm working on trading a guy for a a 64 frame with a fresh 72 12 bolt with posi and leaf spring perches flipped, front brakes and power steering from a 72, and drop spindles.

Blah blah here's the truck.
