Please help me ID this support bearing

I took my driveshaft into a shop today to get it checked out because of some vibration I was getting. They told me that the driveshaft support bearing has too much slop in it. They said that the bearing itself might be okay, but the housing it's in seems like it's worn and allowing the bearing and shaft to vibrate.

The problem is that I haven't been able to find this bearing anywhere. I know I can't be the only person with this setup, so it's been frustrating that I can't find any info about it.

The truck is a 1970 GMC 1/2 ton 2WD.

I should add that I don't have a press, welder, or anything like that available, so I'm not looking for a solution that involves fabricating new brackets or something like that. I'm hoping that this part is still available somewhere. Thanks in advance.

Patrick
