Cutting holes in the bumper

Well, I took my front bumper off yesterday, and attempted to cut the holes for my driving lights, with a hole saw, as suggested.
Not gonna happen. Each time the teeth would grab, the drill press stopped. I think if I used the abrasive type edge it might work better, but I'm just going to take it to a welder shop and have him cut them out with a plasma cutter, or acetylene torch.
