Head parts shopping list
Another thread got me thinking about buying myself a Christmas present this year. (I didn't want to hijack the other thread)
I'm thinking of the Chevrolet SB Iron Vortec Heads to put on my gen1 350 I know I will need: self aligning rockers Vortec intake manifold and bolts gasket set new valve covers and bolts Anything else? Can I use by old head bolts, push rods? Right now I have a totally stock engine with a low mileage rebuild. Just sat for a lot years and I know valve seal o-rings are bad.
