Need help with cam ID/selection...

Took my engine apart to install my new intake - has a torqer 2 going with a Performer RPM and Enginetech cam ES179R (223/223dur @ .050 and .447/.447) but I found a part# on the back of the old cam; E1211P. Looks like its a Elgin, suppose to be 224/234dur @ .050 .466/.487 lift.

So now I'm not sure what to do. Keep the old cam? Install the new one?? Buy a different cam altogether?

Thanks.
