Down but not out.

Was fighting that ole A word (probable too much baseball when I was younger) and bone spurs in my right shoulder. Then in Oct I tore a couple tendons in the other shoulder. I ended up going about 7 months before the city would let me get it fixed and the doctor said if it was any longer he probably wouldn't have be able to fix it. Ok 5 months and I can sleep on my stomach and I can close my truck door without a cane. Doc said it would take a full year before I am back to normal. Tendons were tore completely away from the bone. He used sugar screws to reattach them to the bone Hoping it works.
