Option no. 1F7610 “Front wheel lock hub” question

My goal is to bring my truck back to factory original and I thought that I would only need the blue knob to do so until I noticed 2 things: 1. My center knob has a screw in the center of it 2. My outer chrome ring is not original, the “FREE” and “LOCK” marks are spaced further apart than the original AND the writing is “flipped”. So, after searching the forum I’ve borrowed a pic to use as reference for my questions, while also including a pic of what is installed on my truck.

My truck: 1972 Chevrolet ˝ ton 4X4 127”WB - SPID says option # 1F7610 “Front wheel lock hub”.

In order to get back to stock configuration, do I need only parts 4 & 6, all the parts shown, parts 3, 4, & 6 or parts (fill in the blank) + (fill in the blank – parts not shown in pic)?
