What modifications did you make to the suspension to lower it???
Your firstl owering was good, for me... second is as low as I prefer...just my preference. Great job of saving this one. Man I'm glad you have a friend you were ale to bless by allowing him to do all that sheet metal work!!! I hope the friend goes back to work soon...although if he doesn't maybe you need to find another pickup in need of metal work, while he's available...LOL

FYI, If you have not installed new "underneath" plug wires yet. Stock wire sets for 75-79 Corvettes are made to go under. THey had HEI's AND the rams horn exhaust manifolds. I did this on my 67 Bel Air. It cam with rams horn manifolds..
