700R4 line pressure flutter

I built this unit a year or so ago. Checking the line pressure to make sure the TV was good I notice an extreme pressure flutter anywhere over 1/2 throttle. Were talking 125-175/200. I installed the full Transgo kit in the VB and the 700LU for converter lock up. I’m thinking I need to get rid of the .500 boost valve or there is an issue with the line bias valve. Looking for input from some of the trans gurus before I make a change.
