Brake system for new build opinions

Truck: 53 AD, porterbuilt bagged, 9” big new style, 20x8.5 F 20x10R
I’m getting ready to spring for all the parts for the brake system on this build and would like some opinion’s and direction please.
If I ran 13” or 14” front rotors with 12” rear do those of you with experience think I could get away with running a non assist MC?
The reason I ask this is I would like to run the master cylinder under the floor to clean up the firewall. I have to run the Cpp modular or wilwood pro drop spindles. I have been looking at the wilwood 4 piston stuff but it’s at the top and possibly over the top of the budget. Cpp offers a decent looking front 13” kit but their rear kit for the 9” uses a completely different looking caliper.
Any ideas? TIA
