Best Manifold/Header Bolt Options.

Getting ready to pull my donor motor out (L59 5.3/4L60e out of 2003 Yukon XL). With everything I have read about the exhaust manifold bolts on these engines I want to replace them while the engine is out and they are easily accesable. What are the best aftermarket bokts to replace the junk stock ones with? I see so many out there? Are they all the same between all the LS motors? Or are the exhaust bolts in the LS1/LS3 different then the LM7 motors?

What do you guys suggest I go with for my motor (again L59(LM7) 5.3 out of a 2003 Yukon XL)
