What shift lever is this, and which one DO I need?

I bought a chrome CPP tilt column...great.
I don't like the shift lever, as its too long, and hits the steering wheel whenever I go from park to drive, etc
I got the idea of changing the shift lever after watching the video on their channel, and for the same reason, they just swapped it out...
So I bought a billet lever, but its not even close to what is used with the CPP column. (I bought it from LMC)
Says it for the 67-72 trucks.
Anyone know who makes a billet shifter, like the style in my pictures...that will work with the column I have?
