Same material as on your seat and as for the pattern have it the same as yours but where my back and butt touch the seat have it as an hour glass type shape, where it gets narrow near the fold in the seat and comes back out near the top and edge. Not sure if I described it to well.

Just talked to the interior guy.. if you want the same door panels, kickpanels and redoing ur seat ur lookin at around 500
