Re: 47 3100 Bagged S10 Chassis Swap
I know it's been a while since I have updated, but I got sick a couple weeks back, had a hellacious snow storm etc etc. I decided in to downtime I needed to order some parts.
I picked up: 5 gallon aluminum air tank 8 3/8 valves Ez wire 12 circuit wiring harness 19x22 aluminum radiator Stinger 80A relay Viair 380c off a buddy 50ft of 1/2" air line Plugs, wires, and air breather New pro forged super travel ball joints 2 splash aprons for my running boards from Jim Carter's And I bought my wife a white 15" moneyes California slot steering wheel. She wanted a cool steering wheel, and her birthday in in less than a month so I'm gonna surprise her with it. I also made my cab mounts And today enjoying this beautiful 80 degree weather, I started preping my gunked, greasy nasty frame for paint. And their is no good way to clean a complete engine except with a wire brush and degreaser. Any hints or product tips? I could use them. Did I mention I need a shop? This 2 car garage isn't cutting it anymore! Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: 47 3100 Bagged S10 Chassis Swap
unfortunately things didn't go as planned with getting my old ladies dads truck... I had everything ready to start mounting the new cab for months... Im the type of guy that cant keep **** around if I don't use/work on it, so I traded off to a guy in Wichita... Ended up with a pretty sweet deal. Hopefully we can eventually actually get the truck, and I will do it all over again.

Re: 47 3100 Bagged S10 Chassis Swap
So you traded the whole project or your cab, sorry I'm confused.
