Sounds like the turn signal switch connector is not fully connected, verify and push each wire from each side of the connector together to ensure each is seated to the other, sometimes they can pull out of the plastic connector and appear to have a connection but do not.
The glowing indicator lamp should go away if you remove the turn signal bulb in the front. If it goes away then the glow is because of a bad bulb or connection.
Nothing on the right rear side is an indication of the turn signal switch not connected. you could check for power at the turn signal switch connection
The fronts work as they should. Signals and all. I'm pulling the signal switch now checking for a pinched wire. And checking all the connections. The column was spinning on the harness hopefully I'll find something there. Thanks
