That would depend on what you have to work with on the truck side. If you have smooth surfaces with matching contours then panel adhesive would work well. If not then making flanges or tabs and spot welding it in position followed with seam sealer to make it water tight. If you don't have access to welding equipment then pop rivets will work too.
