Gray wire from fuse box
Where does this gray wire from “cluster” go to? As you can tell by picture it was frayed and hanging.

Re: Gray wire from fuse box
Sorry I apologize. I usually try to reply to other members as well as the original poster. The gray wire runs from the PNL LTS fuse on the fuse panel to the cluster plug to terminal 8 on gauge panels and to terminal 12 on idiot light panels. It joins with the heater lights panel wire on those two terminals. This diagram shows the wire via the blue arrows.

Re: Gray wire from fuse box
Ok. I have wire all undone. From cluster plug.... two wires. One goes to back of fuse box. The other goes to heater bulb. I still can not find where gray wire that plugs in the face of the fuse box like the picture I took above.

Re: Gray wire from fuse box
You will need to pull the fuse panel away from the firewall by removing the two diagonal screws that hold it in place. Look on the back of the panel for a dark green wire that runs to the pnl lts fuse. The gray wire should be on the other side of the fuse that the dk green wire is attached to. The dk green wire comes from the headlight switch rheostat (dimmer switch) to the fuse panel and is the feed wire for the dash lights. The gray wire should be attached there and it runs to the terminals I mentioned in my post above.

Re: Gray wire from fuse box
Here's a couple of pictures and some of them are a little hard to tell which amps are for which position. If you cant' decide which just post back.
