I gotta finish my bed soon but have to make it so I can lift it to show off the accuair stuff and be able to work on it. Skunkwerks has really helped me with how he did his bed and I think im heading that direction. Ive got alot done i just dont want anyone to copy it...i know it will be but not before im done atleast..lol You have been a major inspiration to me with your trucks, just wish I was as sanitary as you are with your builds. This one your doing is going to be incredible and really be something special.
Thanks man, I am glad you went with the lq9. I am going with the wilwood master and booster off the fire wall. It should be cool. Hay I think if you want the chassis gold you should go for it.

Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

Thought about the gold chassis but it would be too much overall...I like the frame black with the suspension flat finish color match. seperatate it a little bit.

Really awesome work! Can't wait to see this one done... I didn't realize you could get paper like that for welding.. neat stuff. We have a welding blanket but that stuff looks like it would work great.

Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

Ok so here is were i am at not. The bed floor is raised. The frame is 1 inch box tubing 120 wall. The sub brame is all bolt together so I can remove it and have it painted. I am going to start locating all the bolts and then I will run strap acrossed and dolt the bed floor down. As far as the gas tank goes dont worry about were it is sitting in the picture. It will be sunk down into the floor. The top of the tank will be even with the bed rails
