Re: 69 c-10 swb
I now own this truck. I love it. I am doing more to it. First off is a full ride tech coil over set up to make it ride and handle perfect.

Re: 69 c-10 swb
I'm not actively looking to change them but I have thought about a second set to switch back and forth.

Re: 69 c-10 swb
I can certainly tell you that Geary did an awesome job on this truck. It now has about 2200 miles on it and it had 1100 when I bought it.

Re: 69 c-10 swb
Nice truck Brian.
Is the tank still behind the seat? Or was it relocated? |

Behind the seat. At some point I am going to relocate it but not right now.

What's the drop on your truck and how did you do it?

Re: 69 c-10 swb
If you're looking at my avatar, that's aired out on bags. 31" tall tires, sitting on inner fenders in front and bump stops in back. My ride height is about a 4.5/6 drop (roughly 2" higher than aired out).
Here's a good comparison for aired out vs. ride height. Obviously it's adjustable since it's on air, but this stays pretty close to static (no air management yet). http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...&postcount=271

Re: 69 c-10 swb
Truck is currently getting the ride tech complete coil over suspension kit at Street Machinery. Also getting big brakes installed. I will post up pictures as I get them. As I said before I love my stance amd was lookong to make it ride and handle better.

Re: 69 c-10 swb
The suspension is done and I couldn't be happier with how it rides, handles, and looks. Front actually sets a little lower now and no tire rub issues at all. It has more rake now making for a great stance.
