Why is side moulding so hard to find?
I have an 05 crew cab and I'm trying to find black replacement door mouldings to replace my sun baked pewter ones on the truck already. Everywhere I look I see trucks running down the road with black trim and I can't seem to find a set to save my life. I've looked at 2500hd trim and 1500 silverado trim and all I can find is the aftermarket chrome bs. Anyone have any leads on some trim?

Re: Why is side moulding so hard to find?
Have you tried the local Chevrolet dealer yet?I know some won't look anything up without a vin. So if you need a vin and see one sitting somewhere parked with the right trim write down the vin off the dash and call the dealer.
