Shoulder harness in 69????
I have a 69 cab that has a hole on both rear cab pillars that are plugged with a plastic plug. Is this for a shoulder belt mount????

Possibly. My 67 just has the threaded hole, no plastic cap.

Now that's a great idea for safety. So what years of belts will fit? My Blazer has threaded inserts in the top right there and I would like to have 3-point belts.

I think that the belts in the '88-98 full size C/K trucks are the same (or very close), and I have hear that folks use S-10 belts as well..

Just a reminder, I wouldn't use any used seatbelts unless you know the vehicle they came from was never wrecked

Is there access behind the pillar from below. I have to pull my seat, so it would be a good time to reach up there. Any ideas

It swhould be threaded....you wouldn't be able to reach it, not enough room, and too far a reach.
