I por -15 'ed fender to rad support braces, frame crossmember, engine stands and then painted them low gloss black.

I also primed and painted my front disc brake calipers low gloss black.

Slowly moving toward a finished and detailed rolling chassis.
Today, I ordered a set of shocks from Athey's Classic Trucks.

finally got the entire rear end out of the Z28, wheels, springs and all as an assembly. I'm replacing the 3.08 open rear with a 3.42 posi. The new rear is detailed and ready to go, I just need to get the springsl, sway bar and all related hardware ready to go. I can't wait to do a burnout and actually lay down 2 stripes of rubber! Also, I drove the truck to my parents for dinner Sat nite, as ugly as it is, my daughters always want to ride in the truck more than any other vehicle.
