radiator supports?

Are the supports (perches) located on the frame different for a 6 cyl. vs a v8 ? The frame appers to have two locations for the radiator supports. Looks like everything would move forward 5 ".

Re: radiator supports?

the support mounts in one location for both 6 & 8 cyl. The engine mounts in a different place for V8 and 6. Some of the holes in the frame are pilot holes used on the assembly line to jig up and keep frame in place while building it.
