`68 327 alt mounting w/headers?

Can I buy an alt bracket for my 327 when I use headers?I know there are a/c brackets made for the "bossed" heads,`69-up.

I don`t see how that could do any good to mount the alternator. What you need ar two holes facing the front.

Re: `68 327 alt mounting w/headers?

The one pictured goes over the header tube, the other one mounts to that bracket and the ears of it mount to the botom of alt. Then u need an alt. arm #3028 that goes over to water pump or intake manifold.I know it works cause I've got the setup on my 327
