I bought them from lug nut king off eBay. He sells both the bullets center caps and the bullet lug nuts. I pail around $30 for the center caps. Just measure your center hole on your wheel. I cant remember what size mine are. I had to shave out the hole my wheel a tad. Not much tho

Re: 66 Short step "Trad Rod" build, A Pabst Blue ribbon theme

So, I did a little work this week. Found out my truck had 3.73's with an eaton posi. I thought it had 3.55's but I miscalculated. Also remember I am running a muncie 4 speed. So I am driving about 50 miles round trip for work. I am using the 66 as my DD. I was spinning 62 miles per hour at 3000 rpm. You can imagine my gas. $25 a day or so. So,,,,, I swapped in open rear end with 3.08's.. MUCH BETTER. Now I am doing about 65 at 2400 rpm. Talk about a life saver!!! Just not a fast out of the hole any more.

I jumped around in few blazers and jeeps for a while but decided to make the 66 my DD. I love the truck so much and realize that I am not gonna get as much out of it as I have into it. So screw it I decided to drive it everyday. Now that I can afford the gas, why not right? Besides I bought my wife a new H3, so I still have a cool GM 4x4 to trick out.
