Fjord 8 lug 16" Steelies

I want steel wheels with stock (Chevy!) hub caps on my '79 K20. The Chevy options are too limiting, except the 16.5 9.75" wheels, which are cool, but I'm done with 16.5 tires. The tire industry is pretty much done with them too, apparently. I'm not springing for the wide custom Stockton wheels. So has anybody gone down this road with Ford wheels? I understand that many of them work with the stock caps. Is anything available as wide as 8 inches? What's the backset like? Thanks in advance.

I fought this with a 66 Ford we ended up going to the auto parts store and buying 17" wagon wheels to clear the steering arm and brake calipers they where cheap something like $40 each and theres a ton of tire selections....
