Flaming River Floor Shift Tilt Columns-Stainless-Sale

I only got two of them again, at the discount price...$395 + $20 S/H...includes free billet ujoint.

These are floor shift models...Free billet ujoint allows you to use your stock OEM intermediate shaft.

Flaming River columns are made in the USA using expensive high quality stainless steel.

Floorshift Column List: Call for them on this thread to get in line.

Here are pics of the billet ujoint attached to the stock intermediate shaft. Looks good & saves money from not havin to buy separate shaft.

Re: Flaming River Floor Shift Tilt Columns-Stainless-Sale

Is that half polished and half brushed? The top (exposed part) kind of looks mill finished. Is this accurate?

Are these the paint grade models or are they the polished models?

These are the "paintable" models, not polished. The two parts are made from different stainless. The bottom is very heavy gauge, while the top is thinner (like OEM), to allow for stamping and forming the shapes and edges.
You just sand, prime & paint like you would with other metals.

They are the same as original GM, with the stock OEM intermediate shaft attached.

They also look cool two-toned: leave the nice brushed finish on the bottom and paint the top collar to match the interior or steering wheel.

This should do it: FR20007 = $345+billet joint+shipping (This is Flaming River's price).

Re: Flaming River Floor Shift Tilt Columns-Stainless-Sale

These are easy to mount closer to the dash than original, by just cutting the intermediate shaft a little shorter. This gives more steering wheel clearance.
