shipping

I would really like to be able to ship large parts (as large as fenders and bumpers) to buyers and was wondering how some of you guys do it. Do you charge extra for boxes and packing material- where do you get these at? How do you get it shipped- do you go to a post office or have the delivery service come to you?
thanks for any tips or info

I like using UPS, but when their limit is exceeded, Greyhound has worked for me. I have never had to ship anything via truck.

On shipping costs, I just want to recover out of pocket costs and usually I can find cardboard boxes to make do, so most of the time it is shipping costs only. I have only had to charge for packaging a couple of times and they were special situations.
