crew cab seats.

i have read that 88-98 seats will go in my crew rather easy. but i found Crew cab buckets console and rear seat for a decent price (out of a 99-06 Chevy) How hard are they to mount? do i have to destroy my floor of my truck? and can i use the seat belts thats on them or?
