GM PART # 12621399 $44.42

That has the flexplate, spacer, and bolts. All you will have to do is do a little grinding with a die grinder on the new flexplate to match you converter. The bolt holes are close but you have to open them up a little. Working fine on my LQ9/th400 and you won't beat the price!!!
