Ignition Switch Problems

Im having trouble put the ignition lock and the retainer bezels in place on the dash
Its a 67 and all the parts i buy either say late or early 67, anyone know how its goes in or if im missing any parts?

The one on the left is the spacer, the bigger retainer bezel if supposedly for late 67 and 68 on, and the smaller retainer bezel is supposedly for early 67. Am i missing something?

That is a '68 up dash in your picture not a '67 so you would need to use the switch, the large spacer, and the large bezel.

All '67's and a few of the early '68's used the small spacer and bezel. You do not have a small spacer in your picture and they are not reproduced...

Here is a '67 dash. Look at the size of the ignition hole and the lighter hole (no depression on the '67 lighter hole)

Re: Ignition Switch Problems

the holes in my dash seem to be the exact same size with the exact grooves... the larger retainer nut does not fit in the hole and the spacer makes it harder to reach

Maybe the close up picture just makes it look like the large hole. If it is the small hole you will need the '67 only spacer and small bezel and like I said the small spacer is not reproduced. You will have to try and find one on the parts board.

Sorry for the confusion on my part....
