Any "newer" options for power window controls?

OK....The one thing I can't stand is the chromed over plastic power window buttons. Does anyone make any "newer" style controls? Everytime I see mine and it reminds me of riding in some old "boat vehicle"(69 caddy). It just feels like it doesn't belong there. Anyone here painted theirs at least? And yes I plan on sanding the chrome off of the A/C vents and painting them too.

GM used the same PW switch for many years because it was very reliable. You can look at the aftermarket to see what is available. AutoLoc is known to offer reliable items that might be of interest.

I need to come up sometime myself. The switch on my drivers door in Burban is wasted. I have been thinking about poking around the junkyard for ideas.

Posted via Mobile DeviceOk so I realize that this post is SUPER old but I have been struggling with this issue for awhile now. I'm hoping since this question was asked so long ago that by now someone has thought of a better option.
