Leaking Front & Rear Passenger Seat Floor Boards

I have a 1999 C1500 5.7L.

Passenger Front and rear carpets gets soaked.
No anti-freeze smell in car.
Heater - both front and rear works great.
Defrost works great.
Drain pipe on firewall inside engine bay has some water remnants on the pipe and sticking my pinky in their it feels wet but I never see anything dripping. It's winter in Texas so I haven't ran the AC either. Should I?

Maybe door seals or windsheild seal?

Thanks.

Turn blower on high and see if you feel air blowing out good from the firewall drain. Could have blockage further in. Also check wiring pass thrus for being secure.

There is NO ZERO wind blowing on high! coming from the drain on the firewall.
I am assuming there is only one - the one next two the two inlet hoses going into the firewall.

But I never smell anti-freeze. NEVER
