Another one followed me home!

One owner 88k mile 77 Silverado. It's a little rougher than what I usually like to start with, but it was priced right. I'll post more pics and info tomorrow, when I get it unloaded.

Re: Another one followed me home!

Thanks for the well wishes!

She runs! Runs pretty good considering she hasn't been started in who knows how long, but its been off the road since 97. The AC even works and is cold. LOL.

More pics of her later, she got a much needed bath today.

Re: Another one followed me home!

I got a new NOS Bumper still in the wrapper

One of the original rallies, I have the other 3 and the correct caps and bands.

I did inventory, the only things I'm missing is the wipers and cowl screen. I have all the original trim and another NOS set still in the wrappers.

Thanks for checking out my junk.

Nice find! Looks like a good solid and straight truck to restore.

It looks like the same color combination as Dad's 77 GMC. His is #25 Mariner Blue and #20 Light Blue.

Re: Another one followed me home!

Yep! It is 20U Lite Blue and 25L Mariner Blue!

Just thought I would post this, cause I think it's cool. You don't get to see original titles very often.

It is OK solid. It needs rocker, pans and a few small patches other places. It's not going to be to hard tho.

Re: Another one followed me home!

Welp, The project officially started today! I love these trucks. I bought EVERYTHING but the hardlines for 160.00 bucks to do the brakes.

So, Who want to come help? LOL!

Re: Another one followed me home!

Great find, I wish I could have come across a truck like that before getting stuck with my black one, but, that is a mistake I plan to rectify by selling it once we complete the move to the other house

Re: Another one followed me home!

The big brown truck dropped off a few of the goodies I ordered for the 77.

The last pieces to be a running driving project truck. Brake lines!

Again, Thank for all the comments! Next week the metal starts going in!

Re: Another one followed me home!

You mean you didn't want to keep the air brakes??

Good luck. Looks to be a great project.
