4 inch front plus ord extended shackles. Gives you 4.5 inch lift in front and the lift kits come with a 6 inch rear for first gen blazers. That way it gets rid of saggy butt rear end. So go with the shackle flip with 2 inch lift springs. Youre going to need to either shim the axle or cut a reweld the perches to get the ujoint angles correct. That or a cv rear shaft if it has vibration. That's what I have with 35x12.5 tires and no rubbing. The rear end sits slightly higher in the rear but with the top on it sits pretty level. I have a double wall so it's fairly heavy and compresses the rear springs so it sits nice. I also trimmed the front fang back a bit also on the fenders.
