Yep GM color code 17U same color. So exactly the color I plan to paint mine. It was the best color match I could find to 1972 Honda XL250 silver after walking around a mall parking lot for an hour or so with a motorcycle fender.

Oh and in case you're interested it's also a very close match to Tiger Bengal Silver powder coat powder.

Nice! Thanks for the info on the powder coating!

I actually found some Dodge colors that I liked when i was trying to pick a color but, in the end i think that it would be a sin to put Dodge paint on a GMC!

I brought it home last weekend. Luckily it was a nice day so i drove it. Now i have enough work to keep me busy through the winter! Here are some pictures
