That's gorgeous! I've spent a lot of time in Oregon and it would definitely be on my short list if I couldn't live here. My wife attended grad school in the western part of the state and I did two years of undergrad in Idaho and frequented the eastern half, but haven't spent much time in central Oregon.
I do like to recruit from our local university here, as this is not for everyone. That way potential employees have at least survived a winter! Cool H1, is that yours?
