My vote is MP174 and MP175 that is the omni numbers to the black epoxy primer and the hardner to use with it. Now you may have heard of the similar product DPLF90, that is Omni's bigger brother company PPG it is lots more expensive. I think if you spray it with the Omni black epoxy spray 2 to 3 coats on it just as you would a bare hood for instance then leave it overnight to let it dry and then start to decide what to do next. I feel that once the epoxy is on and dry you may just leave it at that depending on the look your going for. Jim
