Door latch bar ?
What is this piece and where can I get one like it or something similar? It goes on the bar on the door latch on the inside of the door.

Door lock rod clip. Any parts vendor should have them

Yup. Look in the "help" section of the parts store where they have all the clips and misc. doodads. Should find some there.
