If you are refering to a nv3500/4500 5spd then yes...advance adapters makes a swap kit for these..I got one in my truck and love it.

Re: 92 Chevy 5 speed to 5.3 engine

I have a nv3500 bolted to my 5.3, I used the Sachs NFW1050 flywheel which is drilled for new and old style pressure plates, pilot bearing # 12557583 and an extended throwout bearing which I cant find the part number for. Using those parts allowed me to use a old style 11" disk

edit: Timken 614037 is the throwout bearing I used.

Re: 92 Chevy 5 speed to 5.3 engine

Ok gotcha...A getrag is a light duty transmission and may not hold up behind a ls..from what I read it was quickly replaced with the nv4500..advance adapters does not support it as a swap. If you google it there's a lot written about not using it.
