Painting 55 2nd series truck

For those that have done a full repaint (inside cab and full exterior) on a 2nd series truck what was the order and technique used? All the panels are separate now.

I am doing the dash top and side/back window surround in white and the remainder in metallic gray. This is base/clear throughout.

I was thinking of rough spraying the white base on the dash, cab, and doors. Then back masking the white on the dash and cab and spraying the interior with gray. Followed by pulling the mask and clearing the whole interior. I'd then mask the whole interior and spray the whole outside, including fenders, hood, doors, and cab. I guess I don't know where to end the interior spray and begin the exterior on the cab. The A and B pillars kinda wrap from the outside to the inside. Maybe I'me thinking of this all wrong.
