axle swap info
hey guys got a quick question. I have 2 72 cheyenne swb 4x4 trucks. i want to know if swapping the axles would be easy. one truck has a 8 lug corp 14 bolt and dana 44 front it used to be an auto truck now has a 4 speed with granny low and the other truck has a 12 bolt and a 6 lug dana 44 with a th350. would this be a direct bolt on swap? thanks

Not a problem to do your swap. keep the U bolts with the axel they came from on the rear axels. front will be a direct swap. check the break lines they could be different.
