02 6.0 piston question

so my 6.0 in my 3500 had the amazing plastic lifter tray go bad, trashing the cam and lifters. to add to this the lifter broke a chunk out of the opposing piston skirt on the way down. so now looking for the cheapest fix for the piston situation. bought a vinci ultra torque cam to put in it but pulled the pan to find a bad piston, so my budget is spent and i have alot more to go. would put a used piston in if i could find one but no luck so far. anybody have a cheap source they have used? vin U with pressed pins.
