16-18 Inch Wheels with the nubs for hubcaps?

Does anyone know of any companies that make 6 x 5.5 18 inch wheels with the nubs to run the 4wd hubcaps? or if there are any from previous vehicles that would work?

So far everything seems to be too small or the wrong bolt pattern.

Yea these trucks came with a 6 lug 16.5 wheel. A little hard to get tires for but look awesome.

Aside from that is there anything available? i feel like tire companies are phasing out the 16.5 inch tire, and thats not really an issue i want to have to deal with down the road.

Is it possible to convert the 16.5's to 17's? I've seen people do 15 to 16 on the forum, but never the prior.

Any 8-lug truck wheel will work if the lug pattern is SAE...Ford, Dodge, GM, IH. Accuride sells new wheels. That is the company that supplied Ford on their later SAE wheels. Trailer supply houses sell wheels and so does Wheel Vintiques

He is looking for 6 lug not 8. That's the dilema.
