It's a brand new pedal on a Connect and Cruise package I got from a local Chevy dealer. Part number on the pedal is 10379038.

Not sure as the bend in your other bracket mirrors the bend in my original pedal mount on the firewall. It might just take a re-drill as i think my pedal holes are in different locations. I will take a look at that tomorrow and let you know.
