How about this?

It's not just B.B. King & Eric Clapton.

How about another great gathering of guitars

John Mayall & The Bluebreakers (Shew, been saying that name a long time) with Gary Moore. Super guitar playing x 2!

Let me add in Albert King and Stevie Ray Vaughn

I've been meaning to tell you I've been listening to the Warren Haynes station on Pandora a lot since you mentioned him. That station mixes in heavy doses of Govt Mule, Joe Bonamassa, and Chris Stapelton. Good slice of ear candy.

I'm glad to hear you found a great place for music you enjoy. Yeah, I'd say these days Warren is a big force in bringing/keeping the good old American roots music together. He seems always be "be right there" or not to far from it. This stuff just gets better. And I mean the same old recordings to what just came out.

Saw Gov't Mule in 2016 at the Aragon in Chicago. Warren still kills it.

I listen to all sorts of stuff, and it really depends on situation. Classic rock and folks from parents, then I grew up on street punk and metal/hardcore/screamcore . That scene kinda faded circa 2007. Started listening to more prog metal, and gravitated to the growing EDM scene. Listened to hip hop (since its basically the new pop music) as well. There's time for everything.

Also, just saw my first Phish show at Allstate on Friday. Face.Melted.
