Do you whant factory. If so then all you need is to remove the hub adapters and get some 15x6 steel wheels and some hub caps. You can't go wrong with that set up but if you want it to look better then stock ( at least in my opinion ) get some 15x8 aftermarket rims of your choice. I never liked the donk rims on these pickups. Any larger then 15s is to big.

If I go with 15x8 rims, would I still use hub adaptors? I've never really messed with wheels much and have never messed with hubs. Do you know what size tires would be best? I would assume they were bias ply originally, so whatever the closest radial equivalent would be best.

You would not need the hub adapters anymore. They probably wherw used to run a different bolt pattern or as spacer or both. As for tire size 235/75 15s is close to stock. I run 235/70r 15s. But I whant to go up to 275/75r15s.
