Later model than our era. The panels had squared-off seats with a solid metal back panel on them.
And they flipped forward on the passenger side--the whole seat. These are hinged so the seat back flips forward.
They look very much like the Bostrum company seats used in the early '60s by Ford in their Econoline vans and super stock drag cars, and Mopar in he A100s and Max Wedge drag cars--but those seats don't pivot forward, and the vans had different seat adjuster levers/handles.
I'll be interested to see what the verdict is on these.
They DO look "right" or pretty close to era-correct.
