I'm looking to get the correct pattern for the rear section as my upholstery guy says he can save the front. Rear has a small tear in it. Mine is the first pic and all I can find in perferated is the second style

Just notice something tho every third row from left to right has only has 3 punctures. From front to back . Someone fell asleep at the wheel

I found it. Place in California sells it. The pattern is called snakebite have a sample coming my way

Wow I've been looking for this for a long time and thought no one made it. Does it have the foam backing?

No foam backing . The sample they sent me two sided. One side is almost pure white the other is almost identical in color.

I ordered 5 yards . Bulk 5+ yards is discounted it ended up being cheaper than getting just the 4 needed to do both front and rear sections

the original headliner I have is like your pattern but with a foam backing. The foam backing has delaminated causing the headliner to fall down.

I'm just going to buy new foam and glue it up with high temp headliner glue.

Mine did the same vinyl sagged down the foam is still glued to the backer board.

i'm needing to do the headliner in my 78 burb. What i would like to find is the correct headliner backing that doesn't have rear air. Every website i have seen only sells the headliner backing with the rear air cut out. you would think that someone would because then all they do is cut that section out. I wonder what i would need to do does anyone have any suggestions?

where are you going to get the foam from? I wonder how well adhesive will work with the foam and headliner material. I think from the factory the foam came with the headliner material.
